To me, it's never "just cake."

According to my mother, by the time I was two, I was cracking eggs and stirring the batter. I have loved to bake for as long as I can remember.  There is just something very special about taking seemingly simple ingredients and transforming them into something spectacular and delicious.  

I truly believe desserts should taste as good as they look. Desserts should be delicious!  Every occasion becomes a little more special when dessert is involved.

For me, it's a personal business.  In order to design a cake, I have to get to know my clients. I realize they are trusting me with a huge part of their very special day.  

I really strive to meet or exceed expectations and transform visions to reality.


 

 

My professional training began in culinary school at the United States Navy.  I have continued my education by attending classes by some of the most well known cake artists including Marina Sousa and Joshua John Russell.  As a member of the International Cake Exploration Society, I continue to meet and exchange tricks of the trade with cake artists from around the world.
